Motor Claims Handler Monday-Friday (hybrid working available) Salary £26,000 - £32,000 DOE plus bonus Lincoln Do you have experience working within motor claims? Motor Claims Handler Responsibilities: Taking details of new claims from clients and gathering information to allow you to assess liability. Using a bespoke claims management system to record all information and progress and manage each claim. Adhering to given processes in the handling of both your own caseload and assisting to progress those of other members of the claims team. Assisting in the support and training of more junior members of the team. Liaising with clients, referrers, insurers and solicitors to ensure correct progression of files.
