Multi-Trade Plumber

Your new role As a Multi‑Skilled Operative (Plumbing bias), you will deliver a consistently high standard of repairs and maintenance across residential properties and communal areas. You'll carry out a broad range of plumbing, carpentry and general building tasks, working efficiently and completing jobs right first time wherever possible. You'll be customer‑facing in this role, acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation, keeping residents informed and ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard. You'll also take part in an out‑of‑hours emergency call‑out rota and work closely with other trades to deliver a responsive repairs service.
