Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest privately owned main contractors in the UK on an exciting project in Devizes. The business operates nationally and undertakes projects across a range of sectors including defence, education, healthcare, MOJ and commercial valuing anywhere from £30mil - £200mil. They are currently undertaking a large scale project in Devizes and are now looking for additional commercial resource. About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within the project team procuring and managing various packages of works, reporting into the Commercial Lead. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position: Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT / NEC forms of contract Must have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Devizes Whats on offer for this Quantity Surveyor position: Salary: Up to £65k Company Car / Car Allowance Extensive Benefits Package Solid pipeline of work Progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading tier 1 main contractor on a project which will keep you busy for the next 2 years.
