We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Stevenage.
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations while acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing general office administration and operations
Handling customer and supplier enquiries by telephone and email
Processing orders, invoices and related documentation
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Supporting warehouse and management teams with administrative tasks
Using Sage 50 for accounting and office functions
Preparing and updating spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel
Ensuring efficient communication between departments
Requirements:
Previous office management or senior administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience using Sage 50 is essential
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Professional and confident communication skills
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8.30-16.30
