CNC Programmer (Hypermill) / Milling Department Lead

NexGen Consultancy LTD are working with a well-established and growing engineering company based in Welwyn Garden City. Renowned for their precision work across the aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and defence sectors, they are now looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer with Hypermill experience to join their team. This is more than just a programming role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership of the milling department and play a key part in shaping its future.
