About the Role
This Bookkeeper position can be part time or full time, with flexibility on hours within the standard office day. The Bookkeeper will take responsibility for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing all data input including purchase orders and project allocation
* Processing invoices receivable and payable
* Handling payroll duties
* Preparing accounts for VAT submissions
* Carrying out bank reconciliations
* Supporting general office administration
* Assisting with emails, printing plans, and filing
* Working with Xero software for all accounting functions
* Supporting wider team requirements where needed
The Bookkeeper will ideally have experience working with Xero and a solid understanding of core bookkeeping processes. Experience with CIS subcontractors would be beneficial but is not essential.
This Bookkeeper role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to support the wider team when needed.
