You will take ownership of a general needs housing patch, managing the full spectrum of tenancy and estate responsibilities.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly adapt, build strong relationships with residents, and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer: Manage a general needs housing patch with full accountability Deliver end-to-end tenancy management, including rent collection, ASB cases, and estate management Lead on rent collection and arrears recovery, driving performance outcomes Carry out home visits and build strong tenant relationships Conduct estate inspections and maintain high neighbourhood standards Enforce tenancy agreements, addressing breaches professionally and consistently Work collaboratively with internal teams to support service delivery What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Housing Officer or in a Tenancy Management role Strong background in rent collection and arrears management Experience managing a housing patch independently Comfortable carrying out home visits and estate inspections xwzovoh Resilient and confident handling challenging situations Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Benefits of this Housing Officer Role: Competitive hourly rate Flexible hybrid working arrangements Supportive and collaborative team environment Varied and engaging workload Immediate start available If this temporary Housing Officer position is of interest please apply or octact
