We are currently looking for an Assistant Sommelier to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivalled guest experience. Our client is focused on the guest journey and we are looking for a passionate sommelier to complete their team and work with the Head Sommelier throughout service for their à la carte menu and their tasting menu with wine pairings.

The Assistant Sommelier will receive:
A salary of £31,725 plus service (est. £700-800 per month)
4 day working week
3 days off - Every Sunday, Monday & Tuesday as your days off

The Person

The Assistant Sommelier will have:
WSET Level 2 minimum is a must
Experience as a sommelier, ideally in a fine-dining venue
The desire and motivation to work in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environment
Strong wine knowledge and a passion to learn and grow
Personable and reliable
Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach who is personable
Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Their own reliable transport to the Dorking area
