- Kirby Cross Location: Kirby Cross, Essex Salary: £14 per hour Job Type: Full time, Permanent / Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week, covering weekdays and weekends About the Role We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Kirby Cross area.
This role involves assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the day.
This gentleman enjoys being out in the community, particularly swimming, cycling and walking.
You will work 7.5-hour shifts from 07:00
- 14:30 and 14:30
- 22:00 5 days a week, which includes working every other weekend.
Key Requirements Previous experience with trauma-informed care is essential Experience supporting people with autism is essential Calm, patient and understanding approach Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others Full UK driving licence What we offer £14 per hour Opportunity to make a real difference in someones life References and Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one) This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a caring role and has the specific experience needed to provide high-quality, person-centred support at night. xwzovoh
