Project Manager

A fast-growing construction consultancy with their main office based in London are looking for a client-facing Project Manager with cladding remediation experience to join their project management team. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a building consultancy with a multidisciplinary team of 90+ consultants, who are focussed on successfully delivering high quality cladding remediation schemes for their clients across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors with project values up to £150m. The Project Manager will be expected to work in the office / site 3 days per week and can work remote 2 days per week. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be confident at supporting the senior team across pre and post contract stages of project lifecycles. The Project Manager will also play a key role in providing support/mentorship to Assistant Project Managers to allow them to grow their skillset. You will be responsible for: Supporting the delivery of current schemes in Industrial, Manufacturing and Education sector Working closely with Assistant and Senior Project Managers throughout all stages of projects Report to Senior Project Managers on a weekly basis with progress updates Support the review of project costs to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Set up and attend client meetings with Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors and Project Director Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a UK construction consultancy Previous experience delivering cladding remediation works Pre and post contract experience Knowledge of the building safety act MRICS qualified A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £60,000-£70,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Birthday off Work laptop / phone Discretionary bonus up to 17% Hybrid offered (3 days office, 2 days home) Travel to site covered 10% pension contribution Sociable company Quarterly event daysIf you are a Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a close-knit Consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
