Estimator Location: Leicester Sector: Drylining Subcontractor Salary: Competitive + Package The Opportunity A great opportunity for an Estimator to join a well-established drylining subcontractor delivering projects across commercial, residential and industrial sectors. This role offers the chance to work within a growing commercial team, supporting tender submissions and cost planning across a varied portfolio of drylining and interior systems projects. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions. * Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. * Measuring quantities and preparing take-offs. * Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Supporting value engineering and cost planning. * Liaising with operational and commercial teams. * Supporting tender handovers into project delivery. About You * Experience within estimating or commercial roles in construction. * Drylining, interiors or subcontractor experience preferred. * Strong numerical and analytical ability. * Good attention to detail and organisation skills. * Comfortable working within fast-paced tender environments. * Ambitious and keen to progress commercially.
