The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering high-quality EYFS provision, working closely with the Early Years team and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering engaging EYFS learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework Creating a stimulating, language-rich, and inclusive classroom environment Supporting children's personal, social, emotional, and academic development Observing, assessing, and recording progress accurately using EYFS profiles Leading early phonics, literacy, and numeracy learning Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and EYFS staff to enhance provisionThe school is looking for someone who can combine structure and high expectations with creativity, warmth, and flexibility.
