Commercial Gas Engineer

Commercial Gas Engineer - Social Housing Manchester / North West £50,000 - £60,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call Out Regen Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor operating across Manchester and the North West, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services within the social housing sector. Due to continued contract growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their expanding team covering Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding on commercial heating systems within occupied and void social housing properties, communal plant rooms and public sector buildings. Key Responsibilities: * Service, repair and maintain commercial gas systems * Fault finding and reactive breakdown works * Planned preventative maintenance across social housing contracts * Working on boilers, burners, heating systems and associated plant equipment * Ensuring all work is completed in line with current gas regulations and health & safety standards * Completing relevant paperwork and compliance documentation accurately Requirements: * ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A etc.) * G3 Unvented * Previous experience working within social housing or FM environments * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Full UK driving licence * Excellent customer service and communication skills Desirable: * Domestic gas qualifications * Experience working within occupied properties * OFTEC or LPG qualifications If you would like to apply for this job, please submit your CV or ring George on (phone number removed)
