Registered Manager – Adult Residential Care Locations: Milton Keynes | Bedford Telford Salary: Starting from £55,000 DOE Job Type: Full Time We are recruiting experienced Registered Managers to lead adult residential and supported living services across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a leadership role within a growing and supportive organisation focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The Role You will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff performance. The role involves overseeing care delivery, leading and developing teams, managing referrals and occupancy, and ensuring services operate in line with CQC standards and organisational policies. You will work closely with senior leadership while promoting a positive culture focused on dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for the individuals supported.
