Electrical Estimator – Building Services Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Package Type: Permanent A growing multi-discipline contractor specialising in facilities management, M&E services, small works and full project delivery is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their pre-construction team based in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding business delivering commercial and industrial projects across the region. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tender submissions Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations Conduct take-offs and cost analysis Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams Attend tender meetings where required Support handover to delivery teams upon project award Requirements Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within M&E/building services Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience using estimating software desirable Commercial awareness and attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills Package Competitive salary Car allowance Pension scheme Opportunity for progression Supportive and established working environment To apply or discuss further, please contact Frontline Construction Recruitment
