We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join a busy and well-established local company in High Wycombe.
This is a varied position where you’ll be supporting customers, booking service calls, liaising with engineers and helping to keep the department running smoothly day to day. The role would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and is confident managing a busy workload.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Co-Ordinator:
* Handling incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
* Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales
* Booking service calls and coordinating engineer schedules
* Providing administration support to the wider service department
* Handling returns, credits and customer queries
* Raising purchase orders and updating customers on lead times
* Managing customer payments and updating internal systems
* Logging and managing customer complaints where required
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Supporting with service contract renewals and extended warranty administration
Key Requirements of the Customer Service Co-Ordinator:
* Previous customer service or administration experience
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
