The company produces a range of building materials using traditional and modern manufacturing methods. They are looking to bring onboard an additional maintenance fitter to their team. Role & Responsibilities: Electrical & mechanical maintenance, PPM's, and repairs Working on a variety of production machinery Part of a close-knit, skilled team that is growing & developing Start-up and shut down processing plan, equipment and facilities Carry out safety tests Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Be comfortable with working on mechanical or electrical problems and faults within a heavy manufacturing environment Ideally have experience working on motors, conveyers, gears, hydraulics and pneumatics Able to read and understand technical drawings Able to competently weld and grind.
