Quantity Surveyor - Civils 📍 Manchester | 💰 [Salary] Up to 55k | 🏗 Civil Engineering / Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with civils experience to join our growing team, working across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This is a key commercial role, supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage cost control, CVRs, valuations, and final accounts Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation Analyse drawings and specifications for civils works Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and appointments Administer contracts and support commercial reporting Work closely with site and project teams to ensure delivery performanceRequirements Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civils / infrastructure Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred) Experience with groundworks, drainage, utilities, highways or infrastructure projects Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
