Lettings Negotiator

Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Location: Brighton, East Sussex Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 basic + commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000+ DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic and fast-paced estate agency in the heart of Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities * Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements * Arranging and conducting property viewings * Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants * Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients * Generating new business opportunities and bringing properties to market * Keeping up to date with local market trends and regulations What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in lettings, sales, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Full UK driving licence (preferred) * Knowledge of the Brighton property market is a plus What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission * Ongoing training and career progression opportunities * Friendly, supportive team environment * Opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most vibrant property markets If you’re ambitious, driven, and ready to build a career in property, we’d love to hear from you
