MRICS Associate Director

A long-established construction consultancy is seeking an experienced MRICS Associate Director to join their growing project management team based in Central London. The Company that the MRICS Associate Director will join: The MRICS Associate Director will be joining a successful consultancy who have 2+ offices across the UK and have a reputation for delivering public sector construction projects across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors with contract values ranging from £15m-£300m. The MRICS Associate Director Role: The MRICS Associate Director will be working within a close-knit team consisting of an Assistant Project Manager, 2x Project Managers, 2x Senior Project Managers, 2x Commercial Managers, 1x Senior Commercial Manager and the Project and Cost Directors. The MRICS Associate Director will be experienced at carrying out pre and post contract duties and have strong experience delivering new build developments, refurbishments, extensions and CAT A/B fit outs within a variety of sectors within the built environment. The MRICS Associate Director will bring previous experience working in the healthcare, commercial or education sector and previous experience working on the NEC contract. The MRICS Associate Director will be expected to work on project sites in Brighton 3 days per week and can work from home twice a week. You will be responsible for: Lead project and multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project lifecycles Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are progressing Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate Directors and Project Directors Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Facilitating meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsThe MRICS Associate Director Requirements: Previous experience working for UK construction consultancy MRICS Chartered or working towards it A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal Knowledge of delivering construction projects within the healthcare, education or commercial sector (public sector) Strong NEC contract experience Experience delivering new build developments, refurbishments, extensions and CAT A/B fit outs Ability to commute to Brighton 3x a week Strong communication and interpersonal skillsIn return: £85,000-£100,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave + bank holidays 3 days in office/site and 2 days WFH Birthday off Travel to site covered 8% pension contribution Discretionary bonuses Company Laptop and Phone Quarterly company social eventsIf you are an MRICS Associate Director who is looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
