Maintenance Manager A global leader in heavy industrial manufacturing is seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function at one of its key UK sites. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a well-established operation, managing a skilled team of 15–20 multi-disciplined engineers. With a strong capital investment plan already in place, you’ll have the autonomy, resources, and support to shape the maintenance strategy and drive continuous improvement across the site.
