You will be working closely with an established team of consultants and carrying out a varied support role while acting as first point of contact for our customers. What Youll Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact for candidates and recruiting businesses Interviewing candidates to assess their requirements and job suitability Working with a recruitment consultant to support a variety of customers to help them find the right candidate Writing job adverts and dealing with ad response Carrying out searches on job boards and databases to find the right candidates for the roles Managing and updating a database of candidates, matching them to a variety of positions to find their perfect job Carrying out varied administration duties including updating CVs and carrying out reference checks Sourcing leads and new business opportunities for the sales team Confidently dealing with all customers Working as part of a team to hit individual and team KPIs and targets Providing general support across the branch What Were Looking For Experience in a Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Support or similar role Someone who can deal with all types of people Confident, personable communication skills A proactive, pick up the phone and make it happen mindset Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle a busy workload A true team player What Youll Get Salary of £25,500 to £29,000, dependent on experience 24 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 29), plus your birthday off Monthly bonuses and profit share Pension, life assurance & healthcare scheme Attendance bonus Early finish on Fridays - no weekends or late nights Incentives, competitions & regular team events One paid charity day each year Free town centre parking Real career progression (not just a line in the advert) If you're looking for a role where you can do well, feel supported, and actually enjoy coming into work, its worth a conversation.
