Skilled Workshop Operator – Leamington Spa  Salary - negotiable  We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Workshop Operator to support a busy manufacturing and fabrication environment This is a varied, hands-on position involving repair, rework, assembly, and general workshop duties Key Responsibilities: Repairing and reworking products made from various materials General assembly of components using fasteners and bonding methods Drilling using pillar drills and hand tools Riveting and fitting rivnuts Cutting materials using bandsaws, jigsaws, ripsaws, and hand saws Basic sheet metal fabrication tasks Working with specialist adhesives and materials Sanding, finishing, and preparing parts Using a wide range of hand tools Inspecting parts for defects and reporting issues Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Working effectively as part of a team What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a workshop, fabrication, or assembly environment Confident using hand tools and basic machinery Good attention to detail and quality standards Reliable with a strong “can do” attitude Able to work efficiently in a team environment Strong focus on health & safety What’s on offer: Hands-on workshop role Supportive team environment Varied and interesting work across different materials and processes Interested?
