About the Role: Project value: Multi-million-pound mechanical package within a live data centre environment Sector: Data centre (with crossover experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical projects highly advantageous) Type: Mechanical installation, pipework and associated MEP works Location: Canary Wharf, London Stage: Preconstruction through to delivery Reporting to: Senior Contracts Manager within a growing data centre divisionWhat We’re Looking For: Proven experience delivering mechanical packages in critical environments (data centres, healthcare, pharmaceutical) Strong knowledge of pipework systems and MEP coordination Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, cost control, and quality assurance Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience Ability to work in and around central London (Canary Wharf)Package (Permanent): Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 £5,000 travel allowance Bonus scheme Private healthcare 24 days annual leave + bank holidays Strong pension scheme Additional company benefitsFreelance Option: Competitive day rate (open to negotiation depending on experience)This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile critical infrastructure projects.
