The University Court is the governing body of the University and is responsible for providing oversight for senior management in delivery of the strategy, safeguarding the success of the University and ensuring it continues to prosper. Whatever your affiliation with the University thus far – whether you are one of our alumni or a friend or family member, or whether you have previously had no engagement with us – membership of Court provides you with an opportunity to exercise your skills and expertise for the collective good of all in our community and future generations of scholars and staff.
In a rapidly changing external environment and with an increasing emphasis on regulation and accountability, Court business is growing in complexity. To support us in providing first-rate governance and strategic guidance, we are seeking new members of Court to provide appropriate oversight, insight and challenge and who will bring leadership experience in: the delivery or financing of capital projects; law; government and public service; and/or entrepreneurial business development.
