Machine Operative / Warehouse Operative – Day Shift

Clements Young Ltd are recruiting for a Machine Operative / Warehouse Operative to join a busy production and warehouse environment in the South Norfolk area. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working in a hands-on environment with machinery support and general warehouse duties, with a focus on keeping production and materials flowing efficiently. Job Overview You will be working as part of a production and warehouse team, supporting machine operation, material handling, and general warehouse duties. This is a varied role that combines machine minding / machine support work with warehouse operations. Full training will be provided where needed, but a practical, hands-on approach is essential. Key Responsibilities * Loading and unloading machines with materials * Basic machine minding / monitoring production equipment * Removing finished products and preparing for dispatch * Picking, packing, and general warehouse duties * Goods in / goods out processing * Stock movement and organisation within the warehouse * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Reporting any basic machine or production issues About You * Previous warehouse or production experience preferred * Comfortable working around machinery in a hands-on role * Reliable with good attention to detail * Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Good timekeeping (7am starts essential) * Positive attitude and willingness to learn What’s on Offer * £12.71ph or £14.24ph depending on pay scheme * Monday to Friday working pattern * Early 7:00am starts * Weekly pay * Ongoing, stable work * Training provided where required Location South Norfolk area – commutable from Norwich, Wymondham, Diss, Attleborough and surrounding areas
