The role Youll play a key part in managing subsidence claims from initial triage through to progression, supporting both customers and the wider technical team.

This is a desk-based role with a strong focus on investigation, communication and accurate decision-making.

Responsibilities include: Managing and progressing subsidence claims in line with insurer guidelines Conducting initial triage to determine validity and next steps Reviewing policy coverage, terms and conditions Preparing reports within agreed service levels Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claim records Communicating effectively with customers, insurers and internal stakeholders Supporting wider team activity as required Experience Experience in subsidence, property claims, or a similar technical claims environment Confidence handling complex or sensitive conversations Strong written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively Professional xwzovoh qualifications (Cert CII / Cert CILA or similar) are advantageous ackage Competitive salary with discretionary bonus Hybrid working model 25 days holiday (rising with service) birthday off Private healthcare Pension contribution Life assurance Ongoing training and support with professional qualifications Clear progression pathways within a growing business This is a solid opportunity for someone who wants stability, development, and to be part of a business that genuinely values technical quality over volume.
