Business Development Manager – Healthcare & NHS Furniture Sales Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, opening doors, and building long-term client relationships? We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive growth across the NHS and wider healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business supplying high-quality furniture solutions into hospitals, healthcare trusts, clinics, and care environments across the UK. This role is all about NEW BUSINESS. We want someone who loves the chase — a confident lead generator who can identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, follow up relentlessly, and convert conversations into long-term accounts. What You’ll Be Doing * Developing new business opportunities across the NHS and healthcare sector * Generating leads through outbound sales activity, networking, and relationship building * Managing and following up incoming enquiries and warm leads * Building relationships with procurement teams, estates departments, and healthcare decision-makers * Attending client meetings, presentations, and industry events * Creating and managing a healthy sales pipeline * Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions What We’re Looking For * Proven track record in B2B sales and business development * Strong experience generating and converting new business opportunities * Highly motivated, outgoing, and confident communicator * Tenacious approach to lead follow-up and pipeline management * Professional, credible, and relationship-driven * Experience selling into the NHS or healthcare sector would be highly advantageous * Furniture, interiors, or workplace solutions experience is desirable but not essential Most Importantly… We are looking for stability and commitment.
