Estimator - RC Frame / Demolition / Cut & Carve 📍 Luton 💰 Salary DOE + Package 🕒 Permanent We are currently recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of a leading subcontractor specialising in RC Frame, Cut & Carve, Demolition and enabling works. With a strong reputation in the market and a growing workload, they are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their pre-construction team based in Luton. The successful candidate will have experience pricing construction packages and producing competitive tenders within the RC Frame, demolition or wider subcontracting sector. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions * Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations * Conducting site visits where required * Supporting the pre-construction team throughout the tender process Requirements: * Previous estimating experience within construction * RC Frame, Demolition or enabling works experience preferred * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and genuine career progression opportunities.
