Site Manager - Commercial Office Fit-Out Nottingham City Centre | £1m+ Design & Build Office Project North20 Recruitment is working with a well-established specialist commercial fit-out contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a £1m+ Design & Build office fit-out project in Nottingham city centre. This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of commercial office projects and regular requirements for high-calibre Site Managers across the UK. We're looking for someone with a proven track record delivering fast-paced Design & Build office fit-out projects, who can demonstrate successful project delivery through references and previous project experience. Rates: £280+ depending upon experience The Role You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within quality standards, and to client expectations. Key Responsibilities * Managing all site operations from start to completion * Ensuring the highest standards of health & safety are maintained * Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades on site * Monitoring progress against programme and driving performance * Maintaining quality throughout all phases of the project * Liaising with project teams, design teams, clients and senior stakeholders * Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact programme delivery * Delivering a professional and organised site environment Requirements * Proven experience delivering Design & Build commercial office fit-out projects * Experience managing projects valued at £1m+ * Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality management * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme targets * Strong attention to detail and high finishing standards * Able to build relationships with everyone from labourers and subcontractors through to directors and end clients What's on Offer? * Immediate opportunity on a high-profile Nottingham city centre fit-out * Long-term relationship with a busy and growing contractor * Future opportunities on upcoming commercial fit-out projects * Competitive rates available depending on experience If you're an experienced Office Fit-Out Site Manager with a successful track record delivering Design & Build projects, we'd like to hear from you
