Production Operative

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE 38.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 7.15am-4.00pm / Fri 7.15am-12.45pm) They are the UK’s leading coupling, brake, axle and chassis manufacturer supplying the light trailer market. Your role will involve assembling product and components to achieve daily production outputs. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Working in a production environment, assembling components and products according to Work Instructions Checking products for quality and accuracy Operating hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean and organised work area Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Working effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlinesWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment  Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player Positive attitude and willingness to learnBenefits: £13.08 per hour Paid weekly or monthly  Monday to Friday work  Temporary to Permanent  Holidays accrued  On the job training provided Immediate start Pension Canteen facilities Holidays If you are interested please apply now or call Pertemps Burton
