Industrial Refrigeration Engineer - Midlands Basic Salary: £65,000 + Overtime + Benefits We're looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing and well-established engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional who wants to work on large-scale refrigeration systems across a variety of industrial environments. Work will include planned preventative maintenance as well as reactive breakdown support. Key responsibilities: Service and maintain ammonia and CO? refrigeration systems Diagnose and repair faults efficiently Carry out system inspections and compliance checks Provide technical support to clients on-site Complete accurate service reports and documentation What we're looking for: Proven experience in industrial refrigeration (ammonia/CO? preferred) Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) F-Gas certification Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Desirable: Experience working in food production, cold storage, or manufacturing environments Electrical or controls knowledge If you're a skilled engineer looking for a high-paying role with stability, support, and progression, we'd love to hear from you.
