Are you looking for an Early Years Practitioner role within one of Europe's largest nursery groups? Winner Education are currently seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in Oxford .
This is a permanent, full time position within a nursery group dedicated to shaping young minds and transforming early childhood education across the UK.

What You'll Do: • Provide a high standard of care and education to all children • Follow the EYFS framework • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children • Build strong communication with parents, professionals, and colleagues • Assess and review children's development • Implement an effective key person approach • Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment • Maintain and update personal records for each child • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained • Work closely with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding educational experiences What We're Looking For: • Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification • At least 12 months' experience working within an Early Years setting • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures • The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children • A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and making a difference • A child centred approach to your work Why Winner Education? xwzovoh • PAYE payroll with no umbrella companies • Competitive rates of pay & permanent opportunities • £200 referral bonus for recommendations • Free CPD courses and ongoing support Call Pav on to apply today.
