Deliver a polished, personalised luxury customer experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM and clienteling
Drive sales through styling, storytelling, upselling, and cross-selling
Consistently achieve personal and store KPIs

THE PROFILE

Minimum one year of experience in premium or luxury retail
Commercially driven with strong communication skills
Confident, polished, and passionate about luxury fashion
Proactive sales mindset with excellent relationship-building ability
