SEN Teacher Location: Reading Start Date: ASAP Pay Scale: M1 - UPS3 (+SEN Allowance) Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity within a Specialist School? Do you have experience supporting pupils with additional needs and creating inclusive learning environments? A welcoming and supportive Specialist School in Reading is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. The successful SEN Teacher will work closely with pupils who have ASD, SEMH needs, ADHD, and learning difficulties, helping them achieve both academically and personally. This SEN Teacher role will involve: * Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs * Supporting pupils with a range of SEN and SEMH requirements * Creating a positive and structured classroom environment * Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families * Monitoring pupil progress and adapting support strategies * ASAP start in a well-connected Reading location The ideal SEN Teacher will hold QTS and have experience working with children with SEN, although mainstream teachers with a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply.
