Shift Lead - Customer & Team Champion, 6.6 Weeks Holiday

B&Q Rhyl is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You will deploy staff, assist customers, and uphold store standards throughout your shift.

The role is full-time (36.75 hours per week) with a permanent contract and a salary around £27,710 per year, plus a Pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. Early start times (as early as 6am) to late finishes (up to 10pm) reflect the shift pattern.
