Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised law firm, based in Leicestershire, which is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor into their growing team.   Role: Employment Solicitor (2–3 years of PQE) Location: Leicestershire Salary: £45,000 to £55,000   Key Responsibilities: Advising a commercial client base on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR matters. Handle your own employment law caseload from start to completion. Handling issues such as redundancy, TUPE, employment contracts, policies and procedures, grievances, and tribunal claims. Supporting the Head of Employment Law & HR.Key Requirements: Qualified Employment Solicitor with approximately 2–3 years’ PQE And experience managing a respondent caseload. Ability to provide commercially focused advice.
