We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Account Executive to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities of an Account Executive

* Manage and develop accounts across London and the South of England, including Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Southampton.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

* Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

* Conduct customer meetings, presentations and site visits.

* Prepare accurate quotations and respond to customer enquiries.

* Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer needs.

* Provide regular feedback and reports to the Sales Director.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills & Experience of an Account Executive

* 3–5 years' field sales experience.

* Hospitality industry experience desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Excellent organisation and time management.

* Ability to develop product knowledge and identify customer needs.

* Confident, proactive and target-driven approach.
