Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Construction Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire Salary: £26,000 + uncapped commission + training & development - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED About the Role We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing construction recruitment team in Gerrards Cross. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, with full training provided and clear progression to Consultant and Senior Consultant level. You will learn how to source, attract, and place skilled construction professionals across a range of trades and professional roles, while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
