Were looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join a dynamic, high-volume kitchen in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional team delivering fresh, high-quality food across breakfast, lunch, and evening services.
The site caters for up to 3,000 people daily, alongside a busy schedule of hospitality and events. Standards are high, and every dish is prepared fresh with attention to detail.

A passionate and reliable Chef de Partie with a stable work history
Genuine enthusiasm for food and hospitality
Confidence in running your own section and maintaining high standards
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Working hours:
5 days out of 7 (rota basis)
Shifts: 07:00 15:30 or 11:30 20:00
