You will be responsible for running a designated section within the pastry kitchen of this high end Brasseire, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Working alongside a highly skilled team, maintaining the high standards of presentation and flavour.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-end desserts and pastries to an exceptional standard
Manage your section efficiently during service
Maintain consistency, quality control, and attention to detail at all times
Support junior team members
Awareness regarding food safety and hygiene standards
Contribute to menu development
About You
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium catering environments
Strong technical pastry skills
Calm under pressure with excellent organisational ability
Passionate about high-quality ingredients and presentation
A team player with a professional and proactive attitude

£34,000 - £41,000 (Inclusive of TRONC)
Daytime only work hours
