We are currently looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help take the restaurant to the next level.
We are searching for a talented, passionate and experienced chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine, excellent leadership skills and a genuine passion for high-quality food and hospitality.
This role is perfect for a chef who wants to be part of a serious restaurant project with high standards, fresh ingredients, creativity and attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of authentic and modern Italian cuisine
Ability to lead, organise and inspire a kitchen team
Experience managing food cost, GP and kitchen operations
Calm under pressure with excellent service standards
Passionate about quality, consistency and presentation
Ambitious, professional and hands-on attitude
