Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours
Qualification Required:Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experiencedEmployee Benefits professionalto join our advisory team, providing specialist advice to corporate clients across our established Employee Benefits proposition. This is not an HR generalist or internal HR benefits administration role it is aregulated client-facing advisory positionrequiring technical knowledge of employee benefit schemes, compliance processes, and financial planning principles.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality advice on employee benefit schemes to corporate clients
Achieving agreed new business and income generation targets
Preparing and presenting professional Client Proposition documents
Conducting regular reviews in line with service level agreements
Ensuring full adherence to processes, FCA guidelines , and compliance standards
Maintaining required CPD and IDD
Presenting complex benefit concepts clearly to employers and employees
Building strong relationships with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders
Supporting senior management as required
Making confident use of relevant IT systems and tools
Essential Experience
Previous experience in the Employee Benefits sector (corporate benefits advisory or consultancy)
Experience working with flexible benefit platforms
Strong ability to analyse complex information
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong organisational and record-keeping ability
IT literacy (including above-average Word & Excel competence)
A professional, confidential approach with strong client-care standards
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
Qualifications
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
