Currently in Kitchen Design and want to be a part of something truly experiential and disrupt the market?
Were partnering with a fast-growing, Kitchen showroom retail brand thats redefining the shopping experience.
My client is the UKs largest kitchen showroom brands and backed by one of the worlds largest kitchen manufacturers. Currently this dynamic and high growth brand have 100 kitchen showrooms in the UK with a plan in place to more than double in size over the next five years.

The Role: Kitchen Design Consultant
As a Kitchen Design Consultant, youre not just sellingyoure creating an experience .
Youll bring the brand to life on the showroom floor, turning kitchen design into something effortless, inspiring, and memorable. Youll connect with customers, understand their style, and help them create a kitchen design that reflects their style, needs and budget.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role where personality, creativity, and commercial performance come together.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be instrumental in shaping a showroom experience that feels more like a destination than a store. Every interaction starts with youwelcoming customers with confidence, energy, and authenticity, and guiding them through a seamless, style-led journey that feels effortless and inspiring.
Rather than simply selling, youll curate. Through genuine, consultative conversations, youll uncover how customers want their kitchen to look and feel, translating that into considered, design-led kitchen that reflects their lifestyle. Youll take full ownership of the journey from first connection through to completion, ensuring every detail feels smooth, elevated, and on-brand.
Commercially, youll bring a sharp, intuitive mindsetnaturally identifying opportunities to enhance each interaction, maximise value, and consistently deliver strong personal and team performance. Using digital tools and follow-ups, youll ensure no opportunity is missed and every interaction has the best chance to convert.
Alongside this, youll play a key role in maintaining a showroom that is visually striking and culturally relevant. From supporting visual merchandising to contributing to in-store activations, youll help ensure the space always feels fresh, aspirational, and somewhere customers genuinely want to spend time.
What Were Looking For

Youre naturally engaging, confident, and authentic in how you connect with people, building trust without relying on scripts or hard-sell tactics. You bring energy and personality to every interaction and thrive in an environment where experience matters just as much as results.
Already and experienced kitchen designer, what truly sets you apart is your eye for style and your ability to turn conversations into meaningful customer experiences. Youre commercially aware, self-driven, and motivated to succeed, while also valuing being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
Youre comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, particularly during peak trading times and weekends, and youre happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever needed.
