More about your role
Places Developments have an ambitious plan for growth, and we have housing development sites across our region that require a skilled Marketing Executive to drive marketing activity and help achieve sales targets for the South East region. You will be responsible for the research, development, implementation and evaluation of a multi-channel marketing and communications plans, to aid in the sales for new homes. You will utilise a variety of media to reach our target audiences both online and offline.
Working with the internal marketing specialists in PR, Content, social media, Website Optimisation, CRM and Design/Production, you will oversee impactful marketing activity for the South East region across a range of offline and online marketing channels such as email, SMS, websites, Rightmove, Zoopla, social media, events, brochures etc.
This is a hybrid role whereby you will work out of our office one or two days per week, as well as travelling to our sites spanning Norfolk, Milton Keynes, Hastings. Kent and Burgess Hill.

More about you
We are looking for someone who is a driven and proactive marketer. Someone who can identify opportunities and provide suitable recommendations to market our developments from an early stage. You will need to have a track record in translating business needs into measurable and actionable marketing activities.
You will be confident in using digital marketing platforms including content management systems social media and e-mailing software. You will possess a collaborative nature and be good project manager with excellent organisation and communication skills. If you have experience of the property market this would be advantageous although training and support will be provided.
The role is based at our office in Gray's Inn Road, London however you will need to be able to travel to our sites across the South East on occasion.
