We are currently recruiting for an experienced CDP to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic. independently owned pub in Windlesham. As Chef de Partie you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person
The ideal CDP will have the following:
- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
- Confidence to run a section
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
- Be local to the area, Windlesham or with your own transport
