Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
£15.50 per hour plus circa £4,000 per annum service charge
40-hour contract with paid overtime (typically around 45 hours per week)

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Running your section and delivering consistently high standards
Creating fresh, seasonal dishes with a focus on flavour and presentation

Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive team culture
