As Events Co-ordinator, you will receive:

As Events Co-ordinator , you will
Manage end-to-end billing and revenue administration for meetings, events, and groups, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices, deposits, and final balances
Act as the key liaison between Events teams and Finance, resolving billing queries and supporting revenue protection
Maintain accurate financial records, audit trails, and system data across CRM, PMS, and event platforms
Support cluster reporting and commercial analysis, including performance metrics, revenue tracking, and forecasting
Coordinate key client accounts, providing administrative support, contract management, and handling billing-related queries
Organise and support internal meetings and projects, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and action tracking
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the Events function, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficient processes
