Key Responsibilities:
To manage Conference and Banqueting operations
Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and maturity at all times
Take ownership of tasks and follow instructions from senior management
Ensure food & beverage service meets hotel standards and event timelines
Manage your own time and productivity effectively
Lead and manage team performance and efficiency
Set up conference and banqueting spaces to a high standard
Maintain presentation and condition of all event areas
Uphold high standards of personal hygiene and appearance
Attend team briefings and departmental meetings
Follow all health & safety, fire, and emergency procedures
Work flexibly and support the team with additional duties when required
Maintain confidentiality and comply with xwzovoh data protection policies
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
What youll need:
Proven experience in Conference & Banqueting or Events Management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Knowledge of health & safety and food & beverage standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and events as required
