Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £15.85 per hour
Shifts: Rotational (every 2 weeks)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 4 days per week
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive manufacturing client based in Banbury. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, consistent hours, and a competitive hourly rate.
Shift Pattern You will rotate every 2 weeks between:
AM Shift: 6:30am 4:15pm
PM Shift: 4:15pm 2:00am
Key Responsibilities Assembly of automotive components to required quality standards
Working on a production line or assembly bench
Using hand tools and basic equipment
Following work instructions and health and safety procedures
Carrying out visual quality checks
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.
Automotive experience beneficial but not essential.
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. xwzovoh
